We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Returns are at your own expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused

in original condition

with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at hello@girlsareawesome.com and include:

the item(s) you wish to return
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Christmas Returns
Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
Bundles and Gift Sets
Items purchased as part of a bundle or gift set must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns are not accepted.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return and re-delivery costs charged by the carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
